Alex Kordek is the Founder and Director of AJK Agency, a London-based talent agency representing elite dancers and creative talent across film, commercials, live performance and global campaigns.
With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Alex’s expertise spans casting, coaching creative direction and choreography.His work has contributed to projects across fashion, music, television and large-scale live productions, collaborating with globally recognised brands and artists including Warner Bros, Google, Spotify, Johnnie Walker, Idina Menzel, and more.
Alongside his work in the entertainment industry, Alex also works with individuals through his coaching practice, supporting high performers in achieving clarity, confidence and growth.
At the core of Alex’s approach is a strong belief in people, relationships and standards. He is known for building honest, transparent partnerships with both talent and clients, creating an environment where artists feel supported and productions are delivered at the highest level.
He was a resident choreographer and teacher at Pineapple Dance Studios for over 15 years. One of the world’s most respected dance institutions—where he played a key role in developing and mentoring the next generation of performers.
