Brief
To run a large scale corporate line dancing team building event. The client wanted everyone to participate, learn new skills and work together collectively in groups to demonstrate this.
Challenges
Teaching a large group a completely new challenging experience and something they had never tried before, yet making it fun and engaging.
Strategy
The line dancing steps were broken down simply into small sections, and repeated until the group felt comfortable and wanted to progress.
Working within smaller teams, we focused on getting the participants to interact and share their ideas to be included in the choreography to add to the grand finale performance.
Results
We delivered a high quality team building event getting every single participant dancing and learning a new dance skill.
They achieved their objective; to aim high and work together collectively. They performed their sequences at the end of the session in a light hearted competition.
