Stand Out. Get Booked. Own the Room.

Most dancers are technically good enough.
What separates the ones who get booked… is how they show up.

The Show Up Ready Workshop is a focused, hands-on experience designed to give you real insight into what casting teams are actually looking for — and how to position yourself to get booked.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience across film, global campaigns, live tours, commercials, and television, AJK gives you insider knowledge from inside the industry.

What You’ll Experience

This is practical, not theory.

Inside the workshop, you’ll work through:

• How casting directors actually assess dancers
• The biggest mistakes performers make on self-tape
• How to approach auditions with clarity and confidence
• Subtle performance shifts that change how you’re perceived

Including live exercises exploring:

→ Stage energy vs camera energy
→ Intros / idents
→ Practical casting briefs

And how small adjustments can completely transform your presence.

Why This Matters

Most dancers aren’t lacking talent.
They’re lacking clarity.

Clarity on:
→ What decision-makers are really looking for
→ How to translate performance on camera
→ How to stand out professionally

And that’s often the difference between getting shortlisted… or getting overlooked.
